Policy
Tuition Fees and Packages:
1. Tuition fees are non-refundable.
2. Monthly packages are valid for one month.
Makeup Classes and Extensions:
3. Make-up classes must be taken within the same month.
4. Extensions for missed classes due to illness can be granted upon submission of a valid doctor's letter.
5. Kindly note that any extension for make-up classes will be rendered invalid if a student opts not to enroll in a new month package.
6. If parents are unable to select a suitable makeup class time within the specified period, the school cannot guarantee there will be makeup slots available. All makeup slots will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. If a student is unable to attend a makeup class, no additional classes can be arranged.
8. Unused makeup classes cannot be converted into tuition fees for the next month.
9. The free courses, including Boy’s Scholar Class and Competition Coaching Class do not offer the option for makeup classes.
10. The unlimited package does not offer the option for makeup classes.
Booking and Cancellation:
11. We finalize the booking and cancellation at 22:00 the night before the class. Any requests or changes beyond this time will not be accommodated.
12. Should the number of registered students for a class fall below two, that class will be canceled.
13. The school has the right to cancel your booking if the school thinks that you enrolled in a wrong/ non-suitable level.
Class Arrangement:
14. Students can only attend the classes designated by the teachers.
15. Teachers will regularly review student progress and notify individual students if they are eligible for promotion toa higher level.
16. Classes are not divided solely by age, but by ability. Students should attend the class that matches their skill level to progress effectively.
17. All group classes are determined and provided with appropriate instructors solely by The Grand Ballet.
18. All free courses include the Boy’s Scholar Class and Competition Coaching Class. The Grand Ballet reserves the right to modify or cancel the class schedule due to special circumstances.

20. The school reserves the final decision-making authority.
Severe Weather Arrangements:
21. Classes will be canceled 2 hours prior to the start time in the event of a Black rainstorm warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher.
22. Classes will continue as scheduled for a Yellow/Red rainstorm warning or Typhoon Signal No. 3.
23. Parents have the discretion to determine if their children should attend classes based on the severity of the weather conditions.
Class Attire:
24. Enrolled students must wear school uniform, clean pink tights, and canvas ballet soft shoes.
25. Students must wear a tidy bun to the class.
26. Trial class students may wear any ballet leotard, tights, and shoes. If you don't have ballet attire, you may wear a t-shirt and leggings, but ballet shoes are required for safety reasons.
27. Teachers have the right to ask students to have proper attire before entering the studio for class.
Disciplinary Action:
28. If the school finds that a student or their parent is disrespectful towards the faculty or peers, the student will be given a warning and may be expelled from the team.
Facility Usage:
29. Please remove your shoes before entering the school premises, including the reception area, waiting area, changing rooms, and classroom areas.
30. Please take care of the classroom facilities and maintain a clean environment.
31. The school management reserves the right to open any student's storage locker. If a student loses the storage locker key, a replacement fee of HK$25 will be charged.
32. Storage lockers can only be used by students on the day of their classes. Students must remove all items within 15 minutes after the class ends.
33. The school is not responsible for any loss of valuables stored on the premises.
34. Overnight storage of items in the storage lockers is not allowed.
35. Tying the locker's key to one’s hair is not permitted.
General:
36. All rules are subject to change based on student needs and actual circumstances. Updated terms and conditions will automatically take effect, and using the school's facilities implies acceptance of the latest terms and conditions.
37. The latest version supersedes all previous versions of the terms and conditions. All new terms and conditions posted on the school's premises will be deemed part of these terms and conditions, and it is the responsibility of the students to review them.
38. In case of any disputes, The Grand Ballet reserves the right to make the final decision.
RAD Exam:
39. All RAD Exam students intending to take the RAD examination must successfully complete our RAD course and pass the Mock Exam to be eligible for participation. Additionally, please note that the examination fees are non-refundable.

13. 如果學校認為您報名了錯誤/不合適的級別,學校有權取消您的預訂。

惡劣天氣安排:
21. 如遇黑色暴雨警告或八號或更高風球,課堂將在上課前2小時取消。

上課衣著要求:
24. 註冊學生必須穿校服、乾淨的粉紅色芭蕾絲襪和帆布芭蕾軟鞋。
25. 學生必須盤起整潔的髮髻上課。
26. 試課學生可穿任何芭蕾練功服、緊身褲和舞鞋。如果沒有芭蕾服裝,可穿T恤和緊身褲,但必須穿芭蕾軟鞋以確保安全。
27. 教師有權要求學生在進入練功室前穿戴合適的服裝。
紀律處分:
28. 如果學校發現學生或家長對教職員或學生不敬,該學生或家長將受到警告,並可能被逐出學校。
設施使用:
29. 請先脫鞋再進入學校範圍內,包括前台、等候區、更衣室和課室區域。
30. 請愛惜課室設施,保持環境整潔。
31. 學校管理層保留開啟任何學生儲物櫃的權利。如果學生遺失儲物櫃鑰匙,將收取25港元的補換費。
32. 儲物櫃只限當日上課的學生使用。學生必須在課堂結束後15分鐘內取出所有物品。
33. 在本校場所內存放貴重物品,如有遺失,本校概不負責。
34. 不允許在儲物櫃內過夜存放物品。
35. 不允許將儲物櫃鑰匙繫在頭髮上。

36. 所有規則都可能根據學生需求和實際情況而變更。更新後的條款和條件將自動生效,使用學校設施即表示接受最新的條款和條件。
37. 最新版本取代所有先前版本的條款和條件。張貼在學校場所的所有新條款和條件都將視為這些條款和條件的一部分,學生有責任查看。
38. 如有任何爭議，主辦方將保留最終決定權。
RAD考試:
39. 所有參加 RAD 考試的學生必須成功完成我們的 RAD 課程並通過模擬考試，才能有資格參加考試。此外，請注意考試費用是不可退款的。
