Taiyu He, born in Hunan Province, China, commenced his ballet journey at the prestigious Liaoning Ballet School, culminating in his graduation from this esteemed institution. With exceptional achievements, Mr. He has emerged victorious in numerous renowned international competitions, including the gold medal at the Osaka International Ballet Competition (2010), Korea International Ballet Competition (2011), Helsinki International Ballet Competition, and Seoul International Dance Competition in the Ballet Category (2012), as well as a silver medal at the Moscow International Ballet Competition in 2013. In 2012, he was also awarded a Special Distinction at the Varna International Ballet Competition.

 

Prior to joining the Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida, Mr. He showcased his artistic talent with the Joffrey Ballet Studio Company and the Tulsa Ballet Second Company. His passion for dance led him to earn a full scholarship for a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) in Dance from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (2021-2023). Upon graduating, Mr. He transitioned to The Grand Ballet, where he embarked on the journey of educating and shaping the next generation of dance luminaries.
