The Grand Ballet emphasizes the classical ballet technique based upon the Russian tradition of training called the Vaganova Method; this method has produced many of the worldโs finest dancers. The Vaganova training system is designed to involve the whole body in every movement, with equal attention paid to the upper body, legs and feet. This approach increases consciousness of the body, thus creating a harmony of movement and greater expressive range. The curriculum brings out the best in every student, creating a well rounded dancer. TGB offers Russian Ballet Association (RBA) Student's Certificate Class and all kinds of wonderful ballet classes for all levels and ages 3 and up. In addition to regular ballet classes, dancers can also study Body conditioning, Contemporary, PBT and more. TGB students can also audition to be part of Professional Team to perform and compete at many events throughout the year. Our syllabus not only gives priority to all aspects of classical ballet training, but also focuses on teaching the students how to translate what they learn in class into other aspects of their lives.
